The Energy in the Cloud Team will propose solutions that best adapt to overcome the identified challenges and start the transformation of your grid towards a smart grid. The design will increase the operational capacity and the distribution grid control thanks to the integration of measurement, analysis and control solutions using distributed power electronic devices.
For this reason, our tools eliminate the technical restrictions of the distribution grid to integrate and manage new assets that drive the energy transitions: renewable energies, electric vehicles, storage, prosumers, aggregation, and flexibility platform activities, among others.
Therefore, the use of the existing distribution grid infrastructure is optimized using the management, operation and intelligent control tools provided by Energy in the Cloud.
Energy in the Cloud performs the commissioning in a non-intrusive way of all the identified assets (IDPR, batteries, BMS systems...) as well as their integration into existing management and control systems following the distributor’s necessities. We perform the Integration into the distributor’s control systems through the modBUS TCP-IP or IEC-60870-104-5, which is almost present in any management system. This cutting-edge technology is scalable, and the turnkey solution can be contracted.
The modular architecture of our devices allows the interchange of its elements facilitating the operation and maintenance while they are functioning, simplifying the operation to the distributor’s Operation and Management Team.
The energy in the Cloud Team accompanies and meets periodically the distributor to evaluate if the objectives set in the assessment and design phase are met, if preventive actions are required to increase the useful life or performance of the equipment based on the information collected, as well as to give support remotely if necessary.
